UK Shipping

Paintings up to 35 cm2: free UK shipping by Royal Mail Special delivery - insured and tracked.

Paintings 36 cm2 to 65 cm2: £20 UK shipping by Royal Mail Special Delivery - insured and tracked.

Large paintings over 65 cm2 - £100 UK shipping by Aardvark Art Services.

Delivery time within the UK is usually within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order for smaller paintings delivered by Royal Mail and up to 2 weeks for larger paintings delivered by Aardvark Art Services.. However if the painting needs to be framed , it will take longer (you would receive an email in that case).

For shipping outside of the UK please enquire.

Returns

We offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees) for any returns if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the painting (excluding shipping and return charges). For returns, please email (see contact page) for return details within 14 days of receiving the painting. Please ensure the painting is undamaged and carefully and securely wrapped and protected (we recommend using plenty of bubble wrap). Returns are at your own risk ( we recommend you send returns tracked and insured). You have 14 days to return the goods after you have notified us We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the undamaged framed painting back.

Shipping and return fees are not refundable.
